I started taking Plump on 1 August 2023 and have been taking it consistently every single day since (just over 2 months).
I exercise regularly, don’t take many other supplements/vitamins except for the basics as I follow a healthy lifestyle and eat nutritious food. I absolutely love Chemistry Natural Science’s range of Collagen products and use all 3 of them – Plump, Balance as well as Collagen-X. However, without a doubt Plump is my absolutely favourite!
